How much does delivery cost?

​We have several delivery options:

  • Pick up at the atelier (free of charge)

  • Pick up at a designated location in Antwerp or Leuven (free of charge)

  • By a courier (€6 in Belgium)

  • Personal chocolatier delivery (added value experience when making a special present to a dear person) (€60 base price + distance €1/km)

How long does the order take?

​All chocolates are made to order and processing time can vary. If you are in a hurry, please, let us know and we will try to meet the deadline.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! Pick up is possible from our atelier. The address is: Pierebeekstraat 15, 2610 Wilrijk, Belgium

Make sure to choose “self pick up” at the checkout and you will be notified by e-mail when your bonbons are ready to be collected.

How long do the chocolates stay fresh?

Depending on fillings, we recommend consuming the chocolates within 3 weeks to get the most enjoyment out of them. Make sure you store the chocolates in a dark, cool and dry place and never in direct sunlight. During hot season if you want them to keep longer you can put them in the fridge in an airtight container. However, please, keep in mind that after this they might lose the shine.

The bonbons arrived broken, what do I do?

First of all, we are very sorry that you received your bonbons broken. We rely on delivery services in this matter but we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in the same state as we sent it every time. Unless you choose personal delivery (we advise this option for private & corporate events). Since chocolates are perishable items, we can only accept returns and issue refunds for orders that arrive broken. If this is the case, we need photographic evidence of the damage to the outer postal box and of the damage to the actual product. This must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a new box, we would ask you to return the item back to us in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Can I personalize my bonbons?

Yes, you can! You can customize packaging, design and/or flavors. For more information, please, send us an inquiry and we will come back to you as soon as possible. 

Do you have vegan bonbons?

Yes! We offer a vegan collection. You can find the range of vegan products here. However, while we do our best to prevent cross contamination, Vegan/Vegetarian/Dairy Free products are prepared in the same kitchen as standard products.
